If, in the unlikely event, the wrong item is delivered to you, kindly let us know a few days after the product is received. If an incorrect item cannot be shipped to you, we will arrange for a full refund that covers the cost of shipping as well. 

3. Change of Mind:

We understand that preferences can change. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, please contact us within a few days of receiving the item. 

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Use a trackable shipping method to return the item to us. Put the package’s RA number on it. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for refunds due to a change of heart.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [number] business days.
